Mechatronics
An interdisciplinary field that blends mechanical engineering, electronics, computer science, and control engineering to design and create innovative automated systems.
At M-ECS, we are dedicated to providing our customers with comprehensive and innovative solutions, always guided by practicality.
Control systems
Control, Visualize, and Connect.
We develop and implement tailor-made control systems to optimize the performance, efficiency, and safety of your equipment and machinery.
We build a wide range of systems, from small, cost-effective solutions to high-performance machines. Our integrations are versatile and can be applied across various industries. Each integration revolves around three key principles: control, visualize, and connect.
Electrification
We focus on integrating electric powertrains into off-road machinery to replace conventional combustion engines. We firmly believe that electric powertrains are the future of propulsion for these vehicles, regardless of the power source.
At M-ECS, we not only develop systems for new machines but also create retrofit kits for existing ones.
Internet of Things
Connect, Process, and Visualize.
An all-in-one package that enables our customers to connect any hardware, post-process the captured data, and visualize it on the IoT platform or any other third-party platform.
RFID
Detect, Visualize, and Connect.
Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) is an easy and effective way to track passive goods or assets. This technology can be applied across a wide range of industries — from logistics and production, to moving companies, and even agricultural processes.
Our projects
Electrified cargo tow tractor COMET 6e
For our customer, we converted a conventionally powered tow tractor into an electric version.
The machine is equipped with our IoT systems, enabling remote diagnostics, monitoring of operator behavior, and other machine analytics.
Mobile staircase
Rebuild of airport ground support equipment.
In this project, we helped our customer find an environmentally and economically attractive solution for mobile staircases that had reached their end of life.
Concrete drilling robot
This robot is designed to drill holes in concrete structures. The hybrid machine is equipped with its own combustion engine, allowing it to operate independently. When an electric grid is available, the machine can also run on electric power.
