M-ECS creates tailor-made engineering solutions such as electrification of off-highway mobile machinery, mechatronic solutions, and IoT integrations.
Working closely with our customers, our team designs, develops, and implements highly engineered solutions for a wide range of machinery. Our knowledge and expertise extend to a variety of industries, including electric ground support, agricultural, construction, port mobile equipment, and offshore solutions.
At M-ECS, we are launching a new department dedicated to marketing electric tow tractors for airport ground support operations. This new equipment will be sold under the product name SHIRE.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and talented sales representatives.
Your Responsibilities
As a sales representative, you play a vital role in shaping our sales strategy, presenting our innovative new equipment to customers, and driving sales.
You are a sales representative:
• Sales strategy Development: Can contribute to creating and refining sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs within the aviation industry.
• Customer Engagement Skills: Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders such as ground handling companies, airlines, and airport authorities through effective communication and trust-building. Able to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious environment where teamwork is key.
• Presentation: Excels at showcasing the features and benefits of the SHIRE equipment through compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
• Negotiation and Closing Skills: Effectively negotiates terms and closes deals, ensuring mutual satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
• After-Sales Support Awareness: Understands the importance of after-sales service and support, ensuring customers feel confident in their investment
Qualifications and Experience
You have:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in B2B sales, particularly in ground support equipment (GSE), logistics, automotive, aviation, or similar industries is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with airport operations and ground handling processes is a strong advantage.
• Ability to quickly learn and explain technical details of the SHIRE electric tow tractors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to travel frequently, within the European Union, for client meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
